Introduction: The rise of the COVID-19 pandemic caused significant concerns due to risk transmission in such mass gatherings. Too many variables for a critical challenge made it more complex situation, with an enormous negative impact on either decision. In this paper, we aimed summarize experience Saudi Arabia hosting and managing Hajj throughout three seasons, public health strategies control during Hajj, policies regulations that were implemented safe return Hajj. Method: This is summary our seasons period 2020, 2021, 2022. A description factors, models, tools used assess situation each year, bundles measures followed mitigate events aiming hold "Safe Hajj". Results: 2020 was unique at its height no vaccination available. So, decision symbolic strict only 1,000 pilgrims residing within Arabia. as World easing restrictions distributing vaccines, around 60,000 internal got perform 2022 hosted one million international pilgrims. That still 40% 2019 2.5 considerations avoid usual overcrowding mandating full status. Conclusion: Our over past years has informed us huge MGs can be conducted safely if adequate implemented. would include accurate reliable assessment inform policymakers about most effective strategies.
